The Los Angeles home of popular actress Jane Fonda is finally sold. It was listed last January for $13 million. The veteran actress sold the house for $8.535 million. This is one-third less than what she had listed.
The listing records say that the architectural home that the 79-year-old actress and her ex-beau, Richard Perry, had bought together now stands close. The home was listed for sale on January 17 last year. This was the same time when the couple announced their separation.
The listed price of $12.995 did not find any buyers. It was brought down from $3 million over the past one year. There are no details of who the buyer is.
The property of Jane Fonda is in the Trousdale Estate of the Beverley Hills. This is a three-bedroom house about 7,000 square feet. It has five bathrooms, ocean views, and an impressive valley. The property, of course, is the celebrity rich area. This makes one think whether the house is bought by a celebrity who does not want to disclose his or her name.
Jane and Perry bought the three-bedroom house jointly in 2012. The couple looked at more than 30 houses before finalizing this one.
