The U.S. President Donald Trump has accused the California police and the law enforcement agencies in California for being too soft towards the street gangs. He even threatened to pull out the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents out of California. He wanted the Law Enforcement Agencies to be strictly against criminals.
Trump said that the California leadership was very lousy in their management and is protecting the criminals of the state. He warned that California could turn out to be a crime nest if there is no presence of the federal agents there. The sanctuary city recognition in California is a disgrace as it has become a haven for criminal activities.
Trump said that if he pulled out the ICE from California, they would be coming back to him begging for their return to the Californian soil. Trump said that he has not been getting good support from the California state to help the government get access to the MS-13 gang.
The law enforcement agencies and the politicians in Canada did not like these remarks by the President. They hit back at him, saying that he does not understand the approach that Canada has towards the criminals. They feel that the President’s accusations are patently false.
